Inspirational Give and Take

In my post from last Friday, I briefly told you that Kirby at Kirby's Dawg Blog and Gizmo at Terrier Torrent nominated me for the Very Inspiring Blogger Award.

THANK YOU KIRBY AND GIZMO!

In that post, I promised to try and write a most inspirational post.  So after reviewing the Rules of this Award (1. Link back to the person who nominated you; 2. Post the award image on your page; 3. tell 7 random facts about myself and 4. nominate 15 other blogs) here is what I thought would be a post befitting of this award.

These seven random facts about Oz
may stop and give you pause
as a terrier, I am very spry
and prefer to chase the birds in the sky
than to dig a hole in the ground
I guess I could've been a hound
but I do love a good bunny chase
and my bark is very "in your face"
commands I know in languages, two
and treats I prefer to hide than chew
but if that's not enough, I have some more
for a small dog I have a very big snore
that wakes the humans who start to chastise
until they look into my puppy eyes
then once again over heels they  fall
and that is how I control them all.

Are there seven facts in there?  I lost count.

And now, here are my nominees for the Very Inspiring Blogger Award:

Cheers  to a new week, my pals!

Thank you so much for nominating our blog for this award! We're terrible at keeping up with awards, BOL, but we do thank you so much!

    1. Thank you!! I had fun writing it....I guess you could say the award "inspired" my silly poem!

BOL! It can be hard to keep up with all the awards. Sometimes, you just need to write it right away and get it out there lest you forget all about it.
