March-ing Out the Limericks: Maggie and Max

Though we are getting to the end of the month of March, I still have a good amount of Limericks to write.  This 'March-ing Out the Limericks' idea may take us all into April!!

Today's Limerick is inspired by Maggie and Max from Maggie Mae Says.  Stop over at their blog, say "hi" and let them know if you liked their Limerick.

There once were Maggie and Max
two Boxers who ran in a few packs.
I have all the proof
that Max is a goof
and while sleeping Maggie yakety-yaks.

Remember...you can show off your Limerick by adding the "I Inspired a Limerick" Badge to your blog.

You can read previously posted Limericks HERE.

  5. Are you a soothsayer besides a limerist oh mighty one Oz?
Telling me Cardinals are harbingers of faith? When you see them it means you are to "keep the faith" as a trying time may be coming.
Well I dont't need any trying times to come. Been there done that!! All and knowing Oz give me some good luck.
Thanks for stopping by my blog

    1. BOL! BOL! No, I am not a soothsayer...I was just telling you what I learned after that dang cardinal was here for two days at our sliding glass door. We couldn't get in and out without him causing some kind of rucus.

    2. My Lee was just shaking her head with your comment. She had driven a friend to the hospital for endoscopy test this morning and it turned into a much longer trying procedure than thought. So Keep the Faith Good Luck needed. You are very wise OZ. Blessings

    3. Sir William: My prayers for your Lee's friend. I hope everything turned out okay with her procedure. You see...maybe the cardinal did come to tell you to "keep the faith". How wonderful nature can be sometimes, yes?
