Today's Limerick is inspired by my friend Rita from Pooch Smooches. If you do not know Rita, and her mom Jackie, please jump over to their blog for a proper introduction!
There once was a Shepherd named Rita
who was mixed with a Beagle, not an Akita.
She can throw a mean punch
and eats dead gophers for lunch
which she chases with a Peach Margarita.
Remember...you can show off you Limerick by adding the "I Inspired a Limerick" Badge to your blog.
You can read previously posted Limericks HERE.
I am joining some wonderful friends over at Two Little Cavaliers, Confessions of the Plume and Life with Dogs for The Saturday Pet Bloggers Hop. Thank you all for hosting a great Hop!
