It has been a while since I have hunted lizards like this!
In this video I am telling Ma that there is a lizard (a very small lizard) in her potted plant.
In this video you can see that the lizard found a very good hiding spot - hiding in plain sight - though I continue in my terrier ways.
Last, I am just happy to be a tenacious hunting terrier.

DeleteAhhh, lizards. Don't have a problem with those here (meaning they are harmless enough), but do have to watch out for tarantulas!!! A bite from those can really turn nasty.

DeleteOMD I would love to chase a lizard. The other night I wouldn't come in the house cause a JUNE BUG was teasing me. He kept flying up out of the grass and I kept trying to catch him!

DeleteOh boy! Mom has forbidden us to hunt any reptile as she is terrified of them and she can't even think of us having such a creature in our mouths! They sure do look like fun, though - we had lots of geckos at our house in FL in the pool area when we were there 1 1/2 yrs ago but mom kept screaming and pulling herself and us away! You should have seen her when one went in the pool!
ReplyDeleteThey are fun to chase because they are quick and agile! It's great exercise!! Oh dear...my Ma only gets upset if a big one gets in the house. All other little lizards are welcome in our yard (but still preferably not in the house, though some sneak in ever now and then).
DeleteI chases fur and feathers mostly. Don't see much in the way of slitherly, slimies. I am guessin' they are fun to hunt though ... you seems to enjoy it. If it moves, it's prey, right? Have a nice WW, Oz.
