Beauty Through the Car Windshield

As Ma was driving home from her Board meeting last evening, she was taken with the purple, lavender, pink and blue sunset.  "What a way to end a long day" she thought so she pulled out her cellphone and snapped some photos while stopped at a red light.

All of a sudden, the two cars on either side of her started honking their horns, so Ma thought the light must have turned green and they were trying to let her know she needed to get moving.  She looked over to the one side then the other and...both drivers were rolling down there windows to comment on the sunset!  They had their cellphones out too and were ready to take photos.

I guess you really can find beauty everywhere if you just pay attention - even if it is through the car windshield.  (We apologize for the poor quality of the photos, since they are cellphone shots through the car windows.)

    Very nice. Love the colors!

    I was tempted to snap pictures last night on my drive home too. The sky was very blue and there were the whitest thunder heads. It looked really neat. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get a picture.
