The Bad Poetry Contest: Let the Bad Poetry Begin!

Welcome One, and Welcome All,

we're so glad you answered our call

to enter your poem in our contest...

Let's hope you didn't give it your best!

It's the worst poems that will win

much to a true bard's chagrin.

So how to enter? you may ask

well it takes a few simple tasks.

First, have yourself a refreshing grog

then post your poem on your blog.

Next, to visit Oz or Ku

where you will scroll on through

their post until you see

the Contest Entry list linky.

"You are next" it will say

"Click here to enter", so don't delay!

Follow the linky provided steps

then back to Oz or Ku you schlep.

Read all the entries, leave a note

on all the posts your friends wrote.

You can also "like" an entry within the list

so in the end you will assist

Oz and Ku in choosing the worst;

you know, those poets who are not well versed.

So hurry up and post your prose

before Sunday night when the hop will close!

On Monday poetry will be compared

and then the winners will be declared.
