My friends at Chewy.com recently sent me some Fromm's Four-Star Nutritionals Cheese Low Fat Dog Treats for a terrier taste-test.
We were excited to try the Fromm's Cheese Low Fat Treats
because they are made from Wisconsin Cheddar and are only one calorie per
treat. (As if I need to be on a diet or
something...hrmphf!)
The treats actually arrived while my family and I were on
Separate Vacations, so my good pal Bentley hid them away in his house until I
came home. When he gave the box to me,
we opened it up right away so we could share some with him.
In checking the packaging, the ingredient list really does
say Wisconsin Cheddar cheese! The other
ingredients include wheat flour, brewers dried yeast and garlic powder.
I find the Fromm's Four-Star Nutritionals Cheese Low Fat Dog Treats completely yummy but Ma says I can only have a few of them a day because
of some of the ingredients (like the wheat flour, which can cause allergies,
and the brewers' yeast, which just sounds yucky). Since I can
only have a few of them, I go in for the kill each time Ma lets me have one.
Did you know that Chewy.com offers more than 200 brands of
pet products and they are always ready to ship it right to your door?! They are also a very charitable company who
supports many pet organizations.
What are you waiting for?
Hop over to Chewy.com and see what you can sniff out for them to ship to
you!
I am joining my good friends Sugar the Golden Retriever and Kolchak Puggle for their Tasty Tuesday blog hop!

They look yummy! We love Wisconsin cheese even though we don't like the Packers ;)
ReplyDeleteThey are yummy and who doesn't love cheese. Ma was just upset with the other ingredients. She prefers a bit healthier of a treat for me!

ReplyDeleteGreat review Oz...I've been eating Fromm's grain-free kibble for years and Momz gets me their grain-free treats, but mine don't have real Wisconsin Cheddar...I bet that makes them really yummy
ReplyDeleteThose do look yummy OZ. An update for you on my itchies. Mom changed my food to Nature's Variety Instinct LTD
ReplyDelete(duck, tapioca, peas, coconut oil and vitamins) I have been on it almost 3 weeks. Mom thinks she is seeing an improvement in my feet! We will stick with it for a good while before she starts introducing other things back to my diet. Hopefully we will figure out if it is food related and what the trigger is (chicken maybe) Once Mom started looking it was amazing how many dog foods would have chicken as an additional ingredients
