So, today I say Thank You to all our veterans for their military service.

The Purple Heart I am posing with was Ma's Daddy's medal...he served in the Marine Corps during Vietnam. He passed away (at a young age of 58) a few years ago. Ma has his other service medals too...and the flag from his funeral.

That's a precious medal. My mom was so sad watching Taking Chance. It's important to remember those who served and/or serving our country. Lots of Golden Woofs, Sugar
