Today, I am joining my friends Sugar the Golden Retriever, Emma from My GBGV Life, and Pawsitively Pets for #ScoopThatPoop.
Recently, our friends at Earth Rated sent me some of their #FrostFingers gloves. I know, I don't really need gloves here in Florida but I just had to see what these gloves were all about.
When we opened the package, we saw that the gloves really do have little, sticky dots on the fingers to help you open up a poop bag while out in the cold weather. How brilliant and fun!
Oh! Then, when Ma was at Global Pet Expo she met the very nice people from Earth Rated at their booth. She told them how we love their poop bags and she was then awarded a poop prize!
BOL! I bet you thought it was just poop but actually it is a poop-shaped business card holder for your desk. She tried to get Daddy-dog to take it to work for his desk but he said no. He is no fun sometimes.
Since Ma was awarded the poop prize, and since it is St. Patrick's Day, I thought an Earth Rated limerick was in order. Let's hope the nice people at Earth Rated enjoy their limerick!
There once were poop bags by Earth Rated
which cost pennies per poop, or so it is stated.
If the cold you must endure,
Then Frost Fingers gloves are the cure
So you can scoop poop in winter and not be hated.

I definitely would like to win this giveaway. I have five Treeing Walker Coonhounds, so I'm constantly picking up their poop - both from our yard and while going for walks. I'm also involved in animal rescue, and one thing I do quite often is drive rescue transports. We walk the dogs at each hand-off, and it's important that we always pick up any poop from those dogs. I don't like the idea of using bags that aren't biodegradable.

ReplyDeleteWE saw those Gloves on Sugar's blog Mom said she'd love a pair of them to use in the grocery store. The produce bags are nearly impossible to open.
ReplyDeleteWe keep meaning to tell you our first family pet was a mighty mini Doxie named Toto...my human sis was and still is a huge Wizard of Oz fan. We knew no matter what type of dog we got it's name would be Toto.

Those gloves are brilliant! I really want one of the card holders!!! I would use it at the humane society to hold my cards. Daddy Dog might not be any fun but I would have a ball with that. Wonderful Limerick Oz. You are the king of limerick in my book.
