WANTED: Pet Parent for #BestDogEver

I am the Best Dog Ever...and so are YOU! 

All dogs are the best!  And I believe we deserve the best pet parents.  Don't you agree? 

But, what if you hadn't found your best pet parent yet?  Where would you look for one?  

How would you find the best pet parent for YOU?

I say be proactive!  Sell yourself through strategic ad placement.  And for dog's sake, be creative about it...unlike this poor guy:

BOR-ING.  You might as well just say "Free to good home".  You've got to show your personality!  That's what makes a potential pet parent fall in love with you.  Here, let me show you...

Pet Parent for Best Dog Ever

The recipe for a great ad is right under your nose.  Everything you need to consider while writing your ad is right there in the newspaper, whether paper or online version.

First, check out the sections and set aside the ones that interest you.  I recommend the following sections: 

Lifestyle  -  Money  -   Travel  -   Sports  -  Comics  -  and of course, Food.

Let's consider the first section: Lifestyle.  What kind of lifestyle do you see yourself living?  Rich and famous?  Active and sporty?  Or out in the wild and crazy?  (Be honest with yourself here because a mismatch in Lifestyle with your pet parent will trickledown into every other aspect of your life.)

No matter the Lifestyle you choose, you definitely want to consider the Money section of the paper.  Are you a dog that can destroy a new toy in less than 5 minutes?  Do you require daily medication?  Will you only eat top-of-the-line food?

Pet parents need Money, even if it is only a moderate amount.  Think about it this way...they need it to keep you in the lifestyle to which you would like to become accustomed!

Depending on your personal style, you can review the Travel and Sports section too!  Some dogs love to Travel, when others do not.  And we all like to play but there are so many games to choose from like catch, fetch and chase-around-the-field.  I also like the Comics because I want a pet parent who has a sense of humor.  The best pet parent will laugh at your silly antics, not scold you for being a crazy dog.

And while all those sections will provide you with great information, let's get to the MOST important:  FOOD.  You MUST consider the type of food you want to eat.  If you want homemade food and your pet parent can't cook, you are not going to be happy.

OK...so now you should have an idea of what you are looking for in a Best Pet Parent.  If I needed to find my Best Pet Parent, my ad would be:
