But the lightning can also be Beautiful if viewed from a safe distance. Just the other night, it was lighting up the sky in front of our house like it was day time. It was eerily Beautiful.

we had a big old thunder storm last night - not to much lightning but gosh the thunder was making the whole house rattle it was so loud.

I am kind of scared of lightning eek! I am better now, but I used to run in the house from my car super fast if there was lightning outside. Very cool GIF Oz!
ReplyDeleteLightning is scary and then the big ones, you know that loud boom will follow. I'm not scared of it, but Mom doesn't like it much.
ReplyDeleteThat is really cool! I used to love watching storms. There can be some pretty cool sights! We rarely get storms here in Montana. The dogs definitely prefer it that way ;)
ReplyDeleteOh dear. Thunderstorms almost every night. Wow Vaks would die from a heartattack if it was here. He is so afraid of thunderstorms and loud noises :-)

ReplyDeleteOh wow, that is amazing. Thunder storms are noisy (the part that scares us) and beautiful. We had one a couple of weeks ago and we all hid in the bedroom where it was quiet while mama watched it from the patio.

When my kids were younger, we would celebrate thunderstorms. We'd all run to the windows or doors to watch. Now that they're grown, they still do. All of my pets don't really care either way, which is about what I would expect.

I can't believe how bright that is! It is beautiful...but only from a distance. My hubby loves to watch the lightning....the dogs and I prefer to go in the basement and watch TV. :)

We've been having almost daily thunderstorms too! The weatherman said last night on the news that they'll likely continue into next week.
ReplyDeleteSo cool. We haven't had a thunderstorm for a week or so, which makes Hailey glad (as she hates them). Lady always sees beauty in a storm.
