Ma walked us on the Toofer leash. Do you see how it is actually one big leash that has connectors at both ends?!? You can walk two dogs with it or you can make it into a hands-free leash, a tie-out...lots of stuff.
We played a lot inside as well; Bentley loved my toys. He even deaded one on the very first day he was with us. I even let him cuddle with Ma when he was missing his mom. I am such a good sharer. That's what friends are for, right?
We had a great weekend but I know Bentley was glad when his mom and dad finally got home on Sunday. I get like that too...it's nice to be away but there really is no place like your own home. I sent Bentley home with two of my toys that he just loved while he was here. I'm giving like that and that's what good friends do, right?
Well, as you can imagine...Bentley has deaded both of the toys already. The last one, a Kyjen Plush Puppies Hedgehog, made it all the way through the week before it was deaded.
Bentley...the take-your-toys-and-dead-'em Corgi. Maybe those toys needed to be deaded and if so, then I guess that's what friends are for.
What do you and your friends do together?

Everyday is friend day AND toy deading day here at our place. One of the nice things about living in a pack is there is ALWAYS someone to play with..... we guess that is one of the downfalls too BOL!

Sounds like you were a very good host! And I bet those stuffies were being very mean and HAD to be deaded. They deserved it.

Sometimes we play chase and wrestle with friends, but mainly we go out walking and sniff stuff together.

Oz - it was so nice of you and your mom to look after Bentley. Scarlet and Zoe (my cousins) have a double walking lead too - makes things easy for the peeps. You are very good at sharing and Bentley is very efficient at deading.

ReplyDeleteSome dogs are just toykillers. Yes I know, because Vaks does the same in our house. He always start to remove the ears of the toys. Then the tails if it has one, then the snout and then the rest. And boy, are there at lot of white stuff in those toys. I think so LOL.
