This year, my good friend Pepper Pom sent me a new Halloween costume, much to Daddy-dog's chagrin. He usually hates when Ma dresses me up but how can he not think I look cool as a Zombie Hunter? The costume even gives me a mohawk so I look tough. Zombies beware: you are going down!
Of course, my favorite part of Halloween is trick or treating. It's a fun, at-home adventure to collect delicious treats in my Halloween bucket. Yum! Of course, we all know that the kids' treats are off-limits for dogs. They will make you sick so be sure you collect only dog treats when you are trick or treating.
And...you are definitely a lucky pup if you find a house giving out Zuke's treats. That's what we give out and let me tell you, my buddy Bentley visits multiple times to get his paws on the Zuke's. I am hoping this year my Zombie Hunter costume will scare him away so there are more treats left for me.

We lovvvvvvvvve zukes treats, yes we will dress up for Halloween, heck we dress up even when it is not Halloween, it is a pug thing, and yes we will go trick or treating but we will get NO candy...baby piper eats that junk.

Truffles received the Zombie Hunter from Petco too. I didn't think it would fit her personality but she ended up looking absolutely adorable in it! The treats look wonderful; I wish the pet food companies would do fun seasonal items for cats too!

ReplyDeleteRingy Dingy Oz Is That You ~ Oh treats I love them but sadly I don't get to many. This past weekend I got one but my trials in getting the treat were what Lee calls my perfect storm. Lee will tell you about it next week. Now for that costume, why that is over the top you Oz. You are a Doctor, you are Oz the Great and Powerful and now Oz the Zombie Killer. Youhave so many jobs.

My pack will do almost anything for treats. My deaf girl, Ran, follows hand signals for her commands and she's so cute doing them.

ReplyDeleteFirst of all, love your costume that is too cute. Let me see, we each know our own tricks. Starr would shake paws, Bokeh would balance on two feet, I would smile for them and Tempest would do a handstand. WOO HOO we would love some Zuke's, they are yummy in the tummy.

ReplyDeleteChester and Gretel will do "tricks" for any treat. Tricks mostly consist of actually sitting until I hand them the treat :) They will also "Wait!" until I get the photo and sit pretty. Although they are not discriminant about most treats, Zuke's is one of their absolute favorites.
Our mom is making us some costumes but we can't reveal what they are yet. The only trick we will do is sit...because we don't know anything else, but it get us our treats.

We are not entering this give-away because we are still eating the Zukes we won in the last big Zukes give-away. The brown dawgs love love, love the Skinny Bakes. I will be resupplying those for sure when they run out (we got a couple of packages :) ).
