For the last year, whenever I travel anywhere my HomeAwayTravel Organizer Kit by Solvit Products is always with me. It stays pre-packed with most of my gear and when we are ready to hit the road, we just throw in my food and treats and we are off on an adventure.
So imagine my surprise when Solvit Products sent me a package the other day with another HomeAway Travel Organizer Kit in it. I am sure I can find plenty of stuff to bring with me when we travel but Ma always encourages us to pack light.
If you don't remember my post from last year about the HomeAway Travel Organizer, then here are some reminders about the kit.
HomeAway Travel Organizer Kit
The HomeAway Travel Kit organizes all of your pet's essentials in one nifty bag. It holds everything a pet would need for an extended adventure away from home.
The Kit includes:
- the Organizer Bag which has a configurable interior section, several exterior zippered and mesh pockets, a poop bag dispenser (in one of the front pockets), a comfort-grip handle and an adjustable shoulder strap;
- a 1-liter water bottle;
- a 10-cup food storage bag (which is great for kibble or for storing larger chew treats); and
- two (2) collapsible food/water bowls.
The Organizer Bag is very spacious. I am able to pack bowls (because of my raw food), several collars, harnesses, a towel, toys, a raincoat and a reflective vest along with my food and treats all in the one bag. So, what will I put in the second HomeAway Travel Organizer Kit when I am off on an adventure? Nothing!

ReplyDeleteOh this is fabulous!! So glad it's worldwide too! I would use this when I take the dogs to our different dog sporting events that we go to in the summer, would definitely come in handy!

ReplyDeleteWe love to go for long walks with he dogs and I can tell you that this would be an amazing help for us. I already bought a coat this year that was specifically waterproof against muddy paw prints and has big pockets to carry all those extra things we need while out with our Jack Russel and our Lab! Thank you for the chance .
ReplyDeleteWe love to take day trips. Love to visit little out of the way town. We go to the cemeteries because we love genealogy. The dogs love walking the cemeteries with us. We have a boat that we sleep on during the summer months. We go and visit relatives. The HomeAway Travel Organizer Kit would be perfect for Schooner and Skipper.

We are getting one to review this week too. It will be too small for us to use for real travel, but it will work for us with our sports events I think. For a small fellow like yourself, it is just the right size!
ReplyDeleteI love taking my five rescued Treeing Walker Coonhounds with me to places like the Indiana Dunes and other parks and forest preserves near us. Right now I'm dealing with a major health issue with my deaf hound girl, Ran, and she's having to go to the vet weekly for bloodwork. We'll likely be having to start driving the hour and a half to the vet at Purdue University and I'd love to have a product like this to keep all her stuff in for those trips.

ReplyDeleteIt looks like a really nice bag Oz! I like to pack only what I need, so this looks perfect. I think I must have got that from having kids and the burden of carrying a diaper bag around LOL. On my 2nd daughter, I ditched the diaper bag and shoved some diapers, wipes, bottle, and a toy in my purse. Good to go!

ReplyDeleteI have a husky. We walk for miles every day in a fairly rural area that is surrounded by water. Trail walking the Canada US border with my best friend. Now we need luggage.

Trips to the beach this summer!
ReplyDeleteI baby sit kids and take Layla with me so am always carrying so much BOL, this would be ideal for us for those day trips to the different parks where all her things are in one place and not spread all over the backpack especially as I use public transportation
