"Life is the movie you see through your own eyes. It makes little difference what's happening out there. It's how you take it that counts." -- Denis Waitley
Do you ever just pause on a walk to take it all in? Even if you do not see anything different or special? I love pausing and appreciating what I cannot see.
I have an exciting update on our last post Nepal Earthquake Hits Close to Home! Ma and Daddy-dog will be going to Nepal for the Habitat for Humanity build in November! We are so excited! And we would like to say a quick "Thank You!!" to those friends who have already donated on Ma's fundraising page - all monies raised will go to Habitat for Humanity Nepal for their long-term rebuilding efforts!
Happy Black and White Sunday, all!
Oh Oz, we often see it all too! Hooray for the Nepal trip going on schedule.

Nepal will need your peeps now more than ever. We often stop to take it all in on our walks.
ReplyDeleteWe always do ... it's a MUST! Happy Sunday. Golden Woofs
ReplyDeleteWe agree- we are the stars in our own movie and we often stop to smell the roses or anything else we like. That's fantastic your parents will be going to Nepal. We did a project with Habitat after the big earthquake in Chile a few years ago and built 10 houses in Talcahuano which had been hit by a sunami much like the avalanche (my daughter was studying in Chile and we used to live there- so scary). Have a great weekend X Susie and Kilo the Pug
ReplyDeleteGood words of wisdom as I spend yet another weekend in the car for competition.
ReplyDeleteGreat quote, and yes, we do stop to take it all in. Because, like Emma, we are often out and about for competitions! The venues there, for us, have some exceptional walks and areas.

ReplyDeleteAbsolutely. I love nothing better than to pause in the woods and feel the breeze on my skin and hear the birds singing their love songs.
ReplyDeleteThat is SO wonderful of you to travel to Nepal to help those impacted by the devastating earthquake. I also like to take in the sights of everyday living, and just Be in the moment.
