Many pets, like me, enjoy a road trip adventure and many of us are lucky to have pet parents who care about our safety as much as their own while traveling. For those pet parents who still may not realize the importance of pet travel safety, there is National Pet Travel Safety Day.
National Pet Travel Safety Day is recognized every year on January 2 (today). The goals of this day are to highlight the dangers of unsecured pets in vehicles and educate pet parents about how to make travel safer for them and their pets. To help spread the word about pet travel safety, I created the infographic below. Please feel free to share it on your blog or social media so that we can educate everyone about keeping their pets safe during car travel.
