Being a pet parent to a dog with long fur, there have been some mishaps during Oz’s potty time. You know what I am talking about: when poop and fur refuse to play nicely and inevitably, your dog’s tushy gets dirty. Gross. Your walk home feels never-ending and your race to get that tushy wiped before your dog sits down somewhere in your house is never fast enough.
A neighbor once said she kept a box of baby wipes near the door just in case her dog needed a quick wipe. Not a good idea. Baby wipes are meant for human babies and can contain propelyne glycol, which is toxic to dogs if ingested (as when they lick themselves clean). Our friends at earthbath® make several different types of Grooming Wipes for dog and cats and now they have added Tushy Wipes to the line as well.
Tushy Wipes pet wipes are a safe and convenient way to keep your pet’s tushy clean and odor free between baths. They are formulated to neutralize stinky odors with baking soda and saccharomyces ferment filtrate, a safe, natural ingredient that effectively fights odor.
earthbath Tushy Wipes have mild yet effective cleansers to remove messes. The wipes contain Aloe Vera, Vitamin E and Chamomile to provide a soothing cleanse. The textured wipes are moist but not overly wet and have a very light scent, if any at all. Tushy Wipes are SLS/SLES free and Paraben free.
About earthbath

Though you will not find Tushy Wipes on their website just yet, you can find earthbath’s other pet grooming and specialty wipes. You can also check out the different earthbath shampoos, conditioners and sprtizes.
Does your pet have a need for Tushy Wipes?
Oz the Terrier is a consumer of earthbath® wipes. We received the new Tushy Wipes for free but we only share information we feel is relevant to our readers.

WOW, I never knew all the problems my long-furred furiends went through!!!
ReplyDeleteWe love earthbath wipes, Oz! When we were living in NYC, we wanted (and needed) a natural wipe to remove the grime from the streets when they came in from walks. We used the unscented general wipes, started with Sophie and now, we use them on all four dogs, even in Florida. earthbath makes a great product; thank you for sharing!
ReplyDeleteThank you for the post Dr. Oz!!! We have to try those wipes. They look much better from the baby ones. Thanks for sharing!!!!!
