ReplyDeleteWe have the drinking fountain! Well, Pigeon does. Momma says the only downside is that you have to clean the filter out VERY regularly, or it gets clogged with hair and won't work. But Pigeon loves it.

One of our cats, Moko, is getting old and she was having a lot of issues with wetting in the house - including on our cat tree. A visit to the vet and we now know that Moko is suffering from hyperthyroidism and her issues can pretty much all trace back to that. She was started on medication (hoping to avoid the $1300 procedure to correct the problem). However, the cat tree has definitely seen better days and I'd love to put this towards a new cat tree for our three cats. We have three rescued Treeing Walker Coonhounds, too, and even though the dogs and cats get along, the cats do like being able to get up and away from them at times. A new cat tree is definitely on my wish list from Petsmart.

The drinkwell fountain because she loves fresh water and will not drink out of the water bowl twice even if it hasn't been out long! LOL! She has to see you change her water in the bowl or she won't drink.
